2023 Trois Noix Cabernet Sauvignon "Rancho Pequeño Vineyard"

Trois Noix — French for “Three Nuts” — is the Napa Valley project of Jaime Araujo, whose family has crafted some of the valley’s most celebrated wines for more than 25 years. After years living abroad in Europe, Jaime returned home in 2013 to build a label entirely her own: one that treats wine as a bridge between people, place, and community, not just a product in a bottle. Today, Trois Noix sits at the intersection of “Established Napa” and “Next Napa” — precise, vineyard-driven winemaking with a fresh, unpretentious spirit, made under B Corp certification with sustainability and social good built into how the wine is grown, made, and sold.

Rancho Pequeño (“little ranch”) is a small Oakville vineyard, home to some of Napa’s most sought-after Cabernet fruit. Jaime’s 2023 bottling is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 22 months in French oak (25% new) for structure and polish. Expect a classically built Oakville Cabernet: dark fruit, firm tannin, and enough new-oak spice to frame the wine without overwhelming it — built for both the cellar and the table.
