Trois Noix

Trois Noix, French for “Three Nuts,” is the Napa Valley project founded by Jaime Araujo, combining precise, vineyard-driven winemaking with a fresh, unpretentious vision of Napa. Bridging what Jaime calls “Established Napa” and “Next Napa,” Trois Noix produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and other small-lot wines with sustainability, community, and social impact at its core.
