2021 Rippa Dorii "Celtiberia" Tempranillo, Ribera del Duero Crianza
Rippa Dorii is an estate along the High Duero river valley in northern Spain, its name drawn from the historic Latin description of the Duero's banks. The winery crafts high-altitude Tempranillo, known locally as Tinto Fino, from vineyards sitting over 800 meters above sea level, where wide daily temperature swings preserve natural acidity while thickening the grape skins for color and structure.
The 2021 Crianza spends 12 months in French and American oak, striking a rich balance of dark plum fruit, savory earth, and warm spice.
Why You'll Love It
