For centuries, Meunier was Champagne's "insurance grape"—the workhorse that ripened fast enough to dodge spring frosts and fall storms. Most houses used it as filler, blending it away into anonymity. Jérôme saw something different. He realized that in an era of unpredictable weather and warming temperatures, Meunier's resilience makes it the future of Champagne. So he created this stunning 100% Meunier cuvée to prove his point.

This isn't your typical light apéritif Champagne. Built on a 2019 base with 20% reserve wine and full malolactic fermentation, it explodes with opulent textures and a mineral power that most MV Champagnes can't touch. Jérôme farms over 40 unique plots across three Rive Gauche villages, all certified organic and given the EU's highest sustainability ranking. For this cuvée, he hand-harvests from his two favorite Meunier parcels, ferments in stainless steel, then ages on lees for nine months before three years in bottle.
