Trois Noix — French for “Three Nuts” — is the Napa Valley project of Jaime Araujo, whose family has crafted some of the valley’s most celebrated wines for more than 25 years. After years living abroad in Europe, Jaime returned home in 2013 to build a label entirely her own: one that treats wine as a bridge between people, place, and community, not just a product in a bottle. Today, Trois Noix sits at the intersection of “Established Napa” and “Next Napa” — precise, vineyard-driven winemaking with a fresh, unpretentious spirit, made under B Corp certification with sustainability and social good built into how the wine is grown, made, and sold.

Ryan’s Vineyard sits in the cool, fog-touched Oak Knoll District at the southern end of Napa Valley — prime terrain for aromatic, high-acid white wine. Jaime’s 2025 bottling blends 56% Sauvignon Musqué with 44% traditional Sauvignon Blanc, farmed organically, then aged six months in French oak (9% new, the rest neutral) to round the edges without masking the vineyard’s natural lift. The result is a vibrant, perfumed white with citrus and stone-fruit energy and just enough oak-derived texture to give it weight in the glass.
