Reichsrat von Buhl, “Deidesheimer” Riesling Trocken
Reichstrat Von Buhl only uses the best grapes from their organically managed vineyards. Their Riesling were getting internationally recognize by the late 1800s. The “Deidesheimer” Trocken is sourced from select estate parcels. We were so intrigued by its nose upon first tasting with streaks of smoke and herbs. The palate is fresh and playful with apple and zippy lime notes. A hint of dried plum provides sweetness at the core. A charming (dry) Riesling that will pair with a range of fish and pork preparations.
