Mediterranean terroir at its finest, IGP Alpilles. Geographically we are between the Rhone Valley and Provence, and there is no person who has done more to elevate the quality and prestige of the wines of Les Baux de Provence than Eloi Dürrbach, who began planting vines in the three valleys (Tre Vallon) in 1973. In 2009, the Alpilles IGP was created.
A Bordeaux meets Rhone blend of equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Thirty-year-old vines grown in the Trevallon Valley at the base of the rocky walls of the Alpilles mountain range. Soils are limestone, very rocky. Aged for 24 months in foudres.
