Mediterranean terroir at its finest, IGP Alpilles. Geographically we are between the Rhone Valley and Provence, and there is no person who has done more to elevate the quality and prestige of the wines of Les Baux de Provence than Eloi Dürrbach, who began planting vines in the three valleys (Tre Vallon) in 1973. In 2009, the Alpilles IGP was created.

The Blanc is a Southern Rhône Valley blend with the addition of Chardonnay for added richness. The defining factor for this wne is that it's fortified to add richness throughout. The unique terroir of the estate allows for this proprietary blend to display minerality and elegance with out the overpowering facets that a fortified wine has. Verbena, citronella, and honeysuckle abound on the nose and palate.
