The 2023 vintage emphasizes Montille’s biodynamic practices and site expression. About half of the ferment uses whole clusters to add lift and structure without weight. The result is an elegant wine with raspberry and mulberry fruit, brambly earth, spice, and a hint of floral perfume. Grainy tannins and fresh acidity frame a persistent finish.
