Sourced entirely from the Côte Blonde, it includes about 11% Viognier, which lends a lifted floral perfume and a silky, almost ethereal texture. The La Turque, from the Côte Brune, is the most exotic and opulent, blending Syrah with a small percentage of Viognier to bridge the elegance of La Mouline and the muscle of La Landonne.
