Returns

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
If your product arrived damaged, contact info@sommselect.com immediately. Include photos if possible to help with your claim. Use the subject line: "Shipping Damaged."
If a package was returned to us by the shipping carrier (e.g., missed delivery or no adult to sign), we will initiate a call tag to return the package to our facility. SommSelect covers the cost of the return in these cases.

Return Window

All defective or damaged product returns must be requested within 21 days of delivery.
Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Method & Shipping Costs

Method: Returns are processed by mail.
Return shipping cost: Free for defective or damaged products. A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable.
For packages returned due to missed delivery or other shipping issues, we cover the call tag cost for return.

Non-Defective Returns

Any packages returned that are not defective, broken, or opened will carry a $25.99 reship fee to be shipped back to you.
Packages will not be reshipped until the process is completed and a new shipment is activated.
Contact our customer service team to request a reship.

Restocking

Any package returned to us without a customer request for reshipment will automatically be restocked into our warehouse inventory. Unless the return is due to a SommSelect error, no refund will be issued.
There are no restocking fees for defective or damaged products.

Damaged Packages or Products

If a package or product is damaged during delivery, contact info@sommselect.com immediately.
Include photos of:
Damaged item(s)
Item in the original box with all packaging
Packaging materials (bubble wrap, Styrofoam, cardboard dividers, etc.)
Box manufacturer’s certificate (if available)
Box dimensions (height, length, width)
We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Credits or refunds for damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Once a defective or damaged product is received, refunds are processed within 21 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
