This Gran Reserva comes from the Rioja region of northern Spain, specifically within the Rioja Alta sub-zone- a high elevation area with the ideal balance of warm days and cool nights. Bodegas Olarra tends over 1,200 hectares of vineyards in the region, most grown in calcareous clay soils. Founded in 1973, it is a leading Rioja winery known for blending modern technology with centuries-old winemaking traditions.
