Planted on thin, sun-baked topsoil covering fractured limestone, these low-yielding vines produce small, intense berries. The result is an explosive, hedonistic white that remains remarkably lifted. Expect notes of white nectarine, lemongrass, crushed limestone, and a subtle touch of reduction.
