"Their white is the 2024 Trascuevas Blanco, a blend of grapes from three plots in Baños de Ebro, Samaniego and Ábalos, 1.3 hectares in total, and the breakdown in 2024 is 85% Viura, 10% Palomino Fino and 5% Malvasía Riojana. The juice from the direct pressing fermented with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured with equal parts in concrete and 600-liter oak foudres for 11 months. It has a clean and expressive nose with notes of fennel and wildflowers and is herbal and fresh. It has moderate ripeness and a floral personality and is clean, young and pale, with some green tints. It has 13.1% alcohol and a low pH of 3.12, which indicates very good freshness. The oak is neatly integrated, and the profile is of elegance and subtleness, harmonious and pure, clean and very balanced, tasty and finishing with a chalky sensation and a note of aniseed.”
