Champagne Girard-Bonnet

One of the most exciting new names in grower Champagne, Girard-Bonnet is the work of seventh-generation vigneron Paul Girard. From organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, he produces tiny quantities of intensely mineral, terroir-driven Chardonnay that capture the chalk, tension, and precision of the Côte des Blancs at its best.
