Blanc de Noirs Champagne Collection

Blanc de Noirs Champagne is made exclusively from dark-skinned grapes—Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier—grown in Champagne. Despite using red grapes, the wines are still white in color due to gentle pressing that avoids skin contact. This style typically produces fuller-bodied Champagnes with more structure, red fruit character, and depth compared to Chardonnay-based Blanc de Blancs. It is often associated with Pinot Noir–dominant villages such as the Montagne de Reims and parts of the Aube.
