We begin our tour near Madrid, in the high-altitude vineyards of the Sierra de Gredos. This blend of Albillo and Macabeo is a revelation, offering a combination of ripe orchard fruit and crushed-stone minerality. It is a crisp, aromatic, and incredibly refreshing white wine that showcases the potential of this mountainous terroir.

Sourced from a single vineyard, it is a rich, dark-fruited wine with notes of licorice and spice, balanced by surprising freshness.
