Anything beyond that is generally reserved for vinous folklore…or so we thought: Today marks the extraordinarily rare opportunity to acquire not one, not two, but three of Gea’s all-natural Vino Rosso bottlings.

They are from his, shall we euphemistically say, “backside series,” which is believed to be Gea’s subtle way of dismissing Piedmont’s rigid wine regulations. And while all three cuvées are (1) from organically farmed micro-parcels, (2) vinified in handbuilt porcelain and stoneware vessels, and (3) bottled unfined/unfiltered without sulfur, they are emphatically singular creations.
