Our Seasonal Six-Pack is filled with the kinds of wines we’re drinking right now.
If you’re curious about what’s on our tables this time of year, check out the diverse lineup of quenching, brightly flavored wines in this Seasonal Six-Pack. Our team put together this selection with value in mind, and at just $149 for six bottles (shipping included), I’d say the mission was accomplished. The only thing left for you to do is choose which bottle to open first!
Here’s the lineup:
• Caravaglio Malvasia Secca di Tricoli, “Infatata” 2018 (Sicily, Italy)
From the volcanic Aeolian island of Salina, a satellite of Sicily, this crisp, exotically fragrant, deeply mineral white is the bottled essence of Mediterranean sun.
• Hermann Ludes “Thörnicher Ritsch” Riesling Kabinett Feinherb 2015 (Mosel, Germany)
Ultra-low alcohol, a delicate hint of sweetness, then a tidal wave of refreshing acidity…such is the magic of German Riesling from the steep, vine-carpeted slopes of the Mosel River Valley!
• Lagar de Costa, Rías Baixas Albariño 2017 (Galicia, Spain)
A kiss of Atlantic salinity and bright peachy fruit characterize this classic Galician white from the Albariño grape. This is screaming out for seafood, especially grilled octopus or whole branzino.
• Rimauresq Cru Classé Côtes de Provence Rosé 2018 (Provence, France)
This mouthwatering wine is a classic, copper-tinted blend of Grenache and Cinsault with a smattering of other local grapes. Like eating fresh raspberries on the beach!
• Julien Sunier Régnié 2017 (Beaujolais, France)
Sunier is one of the rising stars of Beaujolais, producing beautifully finessed, brightly perfumed expressions of the Gamay grape. Put this on the table and it’ll be the first to disappear!
• Dirty & Rowdy “Familiar” Mourvèdre 2018 (California)
California can do ‘glou-glou,’ too, as this tangy, floral, purple-fruited red confirms. Winemaker Hardy Wallace says this one’s “easy-drinking but will get you thinking, too.”
