Their wines have exactly what all the great Brunello di Montalcino wines share, a mixture of power and complex perfume combined with depth and nervous tension.
Riccardo has been farming organically since 2005, and the wines are aged in traditional, 25- and 50-hectoliter Slavonian oak casks. This is pure Sangiovese, all about cherry-fruited exuberance and bright, woodsy perfume. Intensity but with lift, freshness and bright acidity. The STELLAR 2019 vintage takes this wine to a different level. 100% delicious now, this wine is built to last another 15 - 20 years.

How To Serve It:
Decant for 1 hour and serve in Bordeaux stems between 60-65 degrees
