Pascal Agrapart is the maestro who has catapulted the house of Agrapart to the Champagne stratosphere over the last two decades. He's a gifted winemaker as well as a technical vintner—no wonder his terroir-driven bottlings are highly sought after around the globe. Pascal's oldest son, Amboise has joined in managing just under 10 hectares of holdings in the Côte de Blancs. Production is always kept at an artisanal level to ensure the highest possible quality–the Agraparts were early adopters of organic farming

What truly stands out for these bottlings is their penetrating depth and chiseled structure that is a direct result of tending to old-vine holdings, some of the oldest in the region. 

The "Avzoise" is the most powerful bottling in the lineup. A cuvée made from two of the estate’s oldest Grand Cru parcels, Les Robards and La Voie D’Epernay, each with 50+ year old vines at the top of the hillside near the forest where there is the presence of clay soils over the limestone subsoil.
