This production Sauvignon Blanc is grown on a dried-up riverbed. You can literally taste the river rocks. High-tone tropical notes of starfruit and mango meet up with sweet Crenshaw melon, grapefruit, and lime. There’s a hint of minerals and wet stones on the back end of the palate. The creamy finish is a contract to the vibrant fruit. Nothing pretentious here … just an easy, crisp drinker
